Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

By participating in the United Roofing “Roof & Reward” Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Anyone may refer a potential customer — including past clients, vendors, and members of the public.
• Referrals must be submitted through our official referral form or via United Roofing referral card.
  
• Self-referrals (referring to yourself or your own property) do not qualify.
• You must be 18 years or older to participate and receive rewards.

2. Qualified Referrals

To be considered a Qualified Referral, all of the following must be true:

• The referred individual or property is not already in our system or previously contacted by United Roofing.
• The referred project must result in a signed contract and completed full roof replacement.
  
• The job must be paid in full and not cancelled, refunded, or disputed.

3. Reward Details

• Referrers will receive a $250 reward for each Qualified Referral once the job is completed and paid in full.
• Rewards are typically sent via electronic gift card (Visa, Amazon, or similar) within 30 days of job completion.
  
• Referrers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up to date.
• Bonus tiers (e.g., 3 or 5 referrals) will be tracked internally and paid when milestone numbers are reached.

4. Limits and Exclusions

• Multiple referrers may not claim credit for the same referral. Only the first valid referral submission will be honored.
• Repeated or suspicious referrals, bulk submissions, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification from the program.
  
• United Roofing reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet these criteria or appears abusive.

5. Tax Responsibility

• If total rewards exceed applicable IRS reporting thresholds, you may be required to submit a Form W-9 and receive a 1099-MISC.
• You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards received.
  

6. Program Changes

• United Roofing reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
