Excellent salesperson (Camila Hernandez) and fantastic Field Supervisor (Andres Diaz). The roofing crew dispersed at about 6:45 am on our property and had the protective barrier up in less than 15 minutes and the job was complete and cleaned thoroughly by about 12:30 pm. Kudos to our roofing crew!!! We don’t know their names, but they are top notch!!! We even got the red carpet treatment!

Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Helena. So I started looking for roofers. After several estimates I contacted United Roofing. They came out and spent a lot of time with us. They explained the whole insurance estimate and guided us through the whole process. The team that installed the new roof was fast and cleaned up thoroughly. These guys are the best roofers out there. This journey started with Juan Serna. I met in the neighborhood, the day after the hurricane passed through. He gave me an estimate that day. The insurance only wanted to pay half and Juan worked with me for 6 months to help me get approved for a full replacement. Juan even drove me around the neighborhood to help me pick out a shingle color that would blend with our house color. These guys went above and beyond to help me and it shows in the quality of work. Hiring a roofing contractor can be stressful because you never know who to trust, but these guys have been fantastic from start to finish. My main contact, Brandon, is one of the easiest people to get to know—friendly, outgoing, and truly looking out for my best interests.
